This past February I went in for my third nose job.  I wanted my nose to have a higher bridge with a pinched tip.  I woke up from the surgery with nothing in my nose.  My nose was infected and my doctor was unable to complete the surgery.  

So yes, I have been without an implant since then.  Although it was traumatizing, it truly was a blessing in disguise.  

The majority of people in my life like me without a nose job and say I look younger and cuter.  However, I decided that I still wanted to put an implant back in.....so I went with the same height (as my last nose job) and slightly pinched tip.

I am thankful for this experience....if this didn't happen, I would think all was well and I would probably look like I pushed the envelope.

I also did fat transfer to my temples.  I am removing my splint this Wednesday and will keep you posted.  All my love!! X and O!!
