A week before Christmas till now I have been drinking Alkaline water like my life depended on it.

I knew I was going to be out a ton for the holiday and my birthday, which meant consuming a lot more alcohol and naughty food than normal.

I wanted to be super hydrated and recover as efficiently as possible.
