I either gym or hott yoga.  I feel that my body is more in shape when I hott yoga.  On average, I do yoga 3-4 times a week.  Usually, first thing in the morning.  I often put one drop of peppermint oil on my temples, back of my neck and whatever is left on my chest.  The oil helps me wake up, gets me  outta my sleepy zone.  Don't apply too much, it can backfire and really wake you up ~ literally it will burn so much that it is painful....speaking from experience.  X
