do you still eat low cal while post-op? i just got my nose done too and am afraid dieting will make recovery go bad but i'm paranoid of gaining weight :/ also thinking my implant got infected but my ps doesn't think so...now i'm scared it's like a hidden infection!

For Ag........I am eating healthy because that's the plan.  However, I don't kill myself and definitely am indulging more than I ever would on a weekday.  It's part of the joy and journey, I also know I will loose whatever lbs I put on.  There is no way to completely diet while recovering, it's torture.  Not my first rodeo. :))  

I do use to drink alcohol while recovering and now not so much.  Had a drink or two and that was it.  

As far as your infection, don't think about it.  I had an infection for two years and didn't even know.  Just be sure to do regular checkups and know that antibiotics help with most infections.
